Traffic Light Indicators Not Showing after Manually Block IP’s suddenly

    Hi,

    I’m loving Cerber, had it for about 6 weeks, however in the last two days I have noticed that the coloured squares showing green, red or black are not showing in the activity panel, tho cerber still seems to be intercepting failed logins, and when I try to manually block some ip’s by clicking the following a bot detection (Turkey, Ukraine, China)but whilst it does add the ip to the blacklist it doesn’t remove the ‘add network to blacklist’ button once clicked and the whole traffic light square boxes are not showing, giving me a feeling of unease, like something might not be working right.

    I’m on latest version 6

    Very recently I upgraded the php from 5.3 to 5.4, with a view to going to 5.6, could this be linked with the change?

    Any thoughts?

    Hi!

    1. Do you have any entry in any access list?
    2. Are you able to add an IP to a list on the Access Lists admin page?
    3. Use the latest available version of the plugin.

    thanks for your reply.

    Yes, I have about 15 white and 120 blacklisted. I just blacklisted a subnet from Turkey and their ip appears in the black list but the black square does not show at the front activity. However, I white listed an IP today and it is showing Green square on the front activity. But my logins aren’t showing green any more.

    Version 6 plugin, wordpress 4.9.2, php 5.4

    Please re-enter (remove/add) your IP or network to the White Access list. Does it add the green label for your activity?

    yes, I added my ip address and the green square came back on the activity screen.
    What would cause this?

    I would still also like to see Black List button respond when I click add network to blacklist to show that the cation has been added ok.

    Probably a bug is the cause. I’m investigating that.
