Traffic from China Does not seemed to be getting blocked

    I just installed IQ Block Country. Installed the database and defined China as a country to block. I am using wordfence and IQ Block Country to monitor activity. China traffic is logged with wordfence but IQ Block Country log is not showing any blocked traffic.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there anything I can do to better validate, did I miss a setting?

  • Is there a way to look in to the real IP than browser parsing IP. Current day browsers like Opera and FireFox come in with VPNs hence letting the users to bypass the country specific blocks. Assuming that I locked the site for Country X, they can fool the blockade by selecting a different country through the browser base VPN extension.

    It will try to look at the Proxy / VPN / other IPs first and the ‘real’ ip last
