[Tracks] Parallax effect of the title text

Hi all,

I am using a child version of the Tracks theme and what I am looking for how to do is two things:
1) set the main title in the center of the header image in order to allow the image (or the title, I don’t know) to scroll slower than the main page in order to reproduce somehow the parallax effect (I think that’s the name)

2) set an animated arrow (I’d prefer only css in order to not heavy alter the child theme) in the bottom border of the screen to invite the user to scroll down as I can see in some random site

Any clue to how I could proceed on my purpose? Overall the point 1. looks a bit tricky to me as it is not a real image but a background of a div…
