Tracking URL

    Hi,
    I recently instaled this plugin and it’s on the test phase. I have on my website “Tracking info” page where you have to enter shipping number to track the order. This plugin provides track URL on orders page and it redirects customer to couriers website to track order. Can it be changed that when the customer click “Track” on his account order page that it redirects him on my page with automaticaly added tracking number ? BR

    Hi,
    There is no page where you can enter the tracking number and get the tracking details, the link that AST creates directs your customers to the carrier websites for tracking.
    if you use the TrackShip you can have a tracking page with detailed tracking info on your website.

    There was misunderstanding. I have already created “Tracking page” on my website before this plugin where customers can write down their tracking number and see their shipment track. I only want to know that is there a way that the link AST creates, directs my customers to that specific page that I already have and not to carrier website for tracking ?

    Ok, it requires custom development or adding a custom shipping provider with the URL to your website:
