Tracking Upgrades and downgrades

    If a user signed up for free membership level and several months later upgrades their account to the premium (paid) membership level. Would the referring affiliate still be paid? And, if a user signed up for the premium (paid) membership level and several months later downgrades their account to free membership level. Would the referring affiliate still be paid?
