    Hi,

We are using this plugin for our conversion and it “seems” to be working as intended.

However, due to our settings, Google have an additional instruction for us to complete and that is to Track transaction-specific values.

Google have included a code snippet on their help/support page to be placed within the conversion page.

I am wondering if it will be possible, and how, to incorporate this step using your plugin.

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Hi @jdaldana

This plugin is exactly doing this. It takes the transaction value and passes it on to AdWords. You should see the values of each conversion in AdWords. If not you will have to add the column in AdWords to see it.

    Hi Aleks,

    Thank you for the information.
I checked our AdWords and it is now “Recording conversions”.

Anyways, thanks again for the response and this plugin is really nice!

    Hello Aleks,

After installing and setting up the plugin, I waited a few days before a conversion was tracked. Now, it has been about a couple of weeks and it seems like it is not tracking the conversions anymore. From the week it tracked the single conversion, we had 5 additional transactions on the same week. Adding more recent transactions, about 7 to 9 should be recorded converted but somehow it is still showing as 1.

    Any help/comments/suggestions/advice?

    Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. Is this still an issue for you?

    Unfortunately, yes.

Google AdWords still only showing 1 conversion. We had several sales each week for the past weeks or month but those were not registered or counted in Google AdWords even after the 1 week window has passed.

Are you sure those sales are not coming from another source?

All sales are from our website, https://www.capacitorindustries.com.

If you look at this screenshot, you will see that almost all transactions are paid using the same payment method – credit card (a handful paid using PayPal).

But still, after a month or so, the shown conversion is still only 1.

The payment methods are not relevant in this case. I was asking about the source of the traffic on your website that converted. Did the buyers come form Google organic searches? Did they come through referrals? Or did they come through other channels?

You’ll be able to see that in the Google Analytics channel report (if you’ve enabled e-commerce tracking).

You could also do a test by searching for a keyword in Google, clicking on your ad and then checking out. If the conversion appears you can be sure that the tracking works properly (which I assume).

    Hi,

On my site, it is tracking the conversions but not passing the conversion values. I’m running WooCommerce 3.1.1.

    Hi Joe

Could you send me more details about your shop?

    URL
    WordPress version
    PHP version

And if possible the thankyou link of a successful purchase.

You can send all of that to [email protected]
