    Hi I-Visio,

    Please have a look at the second code snippet on the mc4wp.com site: Google Analytics tracking with MailChimp for WordPress.

    The instructions are originally for the paid version of the plugin but the second version will work for the free version as well.

    You can place that snippet in your form mark-up, a better place would be somewhere in your footer though.
