My client forgot to login to his account for 60 days and tracking has now stopped. I have forgotten how to re-enable tracking. Do I (or my client) just need to login or is there something else I need to do to get it working again?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

On your website the tracking seems to work properly, if you’re referring to that small widget on the bottom-right of the page, your client just needs to login and select the option to keep it logged in. That small, black widget is available while you’re logged in.

Thanks, but I cannot see a black widget on the home page?

However I logged in to the account and selected Reports where there was a message to the effect that tracking was currently disabled because no-one had logged in for 60 days (I did tell the client he had to do this and he supposedly set a calendar reminder, plus he will have received your reminder email, but to no avail…), so I clicked the link to re-enable it. Hopefully the stats will start to appear again now.
