Tracking status keep showing pending

We have been using ParcelPanel for a few months and it works very well but recently we met a problem the shippment status keeps showing pending. Actually the tracking info updated a few days ago from courier website. We installed secturiy plugin Wordfence Security and WPBruiser a week ago for junk signups but we have deactived and deleted the plugins the problem still exits. Now everytime when I go to ParcelPanel/Home I see a notice: Failed to connect to ParcelPanel.Can’t connect website. Your kind help is highly appreciated!
