Tracking specific user roles and disappearing plugin

Hello,
I am hoping to purchase the plugin but need to limit what users appear in the audit log to custom user roles created using the “members” plugin.
The goal is to only see admin, customer service and internal roles actions on the site and to remove any customer, subscriber, etc from showing in the logs. Is this a feature on the premium version?
I have also experienced this plugin disappearing from the plugins page making it impossible to update from the admin. It had to be removed via FTP, and now the new version has also dissappeared. Is this known issue, can it be resolved?
