Tracking server private IP

My site is running on amazon aws, server configuration is done using Ubuntu & Vestacp(vestacp.com). Here it using nginx as reverse proxy. So for any visitor, the system will be getting the request from a private/local IP.
I think this plugin hasn’t considered this situation, all logs showing the same internal IP for every requests and also the login lockdown functioning inconsistently
