Tracking result order ID not clickable instead hover effect

    Hi,

    Using premium version, I have 2 questions if you do not mind:

    1- Tracking result order ID not clickable instead there is an hover effect. On the demo, here Order Number is clickable. https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/order-tracking-demo/customer-form/ How to achieve that?

    2- Can you by any chance give some CSS examples to make the form centered, or change the size of the boxes etc? Also, which file to edit for these other than custom CSS options.. which specific CSS properties we can use (I could not see this in the documentation).

    Hi wpmade,

    1 – If you go to the “Emails” tab in the plugin admin, you’ll see that there is a field called “Status Tracking URL” there. If, in this field, you enter the URL of the page on which you’ve placed the [tracking-form] shortcode, then it will make it so that, in that table with the customer’s orders, the order numbers will become links that go directly to the status of those specific orders.

    2 – It will vary from site to site, because your theme’s CSS will affect the form. We’d need to see your page to know what CSS to suggest.
