Tracking Request cannot be send

    HI,
    I am facing an error on my website, after placing the order when I click TRACK ORDER, it takes me to a form to input order id and email but after submission it says “Tracking Request can’t be send. Please choose an Order. Click Here”. And if I click here link it again takes me to the same tracking form page.
    Please help.
    I cannot track my order.

    I think you confuse our plugin with an other one. Our plugin is not installed on your site yet.
