    I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to use the order ID + email address directly in the URL to open the tracking page.

    Since reflecting the user’s order id+email address directly in the URL would involve exposing the user’s privacy. We have implemented encryption for privacy purposes, which means that users cannot enter the order id + email address directly in the URL for tracking.
