Tracking Page URL change

Hey. Thank you for this great plug-in! I have a suggestion for improvement: Is it possible to use the URL “post.at/en/sv/item-details?snr=” with the carrier “Austrian Post”. This is the English version of the tracking page. On the current one (in german) you cannot set the language, which is not ideal for worldwide shipping. Anyway, thank you very much!
