Besides, which shipping carrier are you using? From the link you shared it is https://parcelsapp.com/ , but this carrier is not available in our existing carrier, please also ensure you add this custom carrier.

Which Aliexpress plugin are you using, if you are mentioning our ALD – Aliexpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce, the compatibility between the 2 plugins is not available in the basic version.

These 2 plugins of ours have been made compatible, there will be a compatible section that allows you to map tracking carriers on Aliexpress and WooCommerce order tracking. Besides, after your Aliexpress orders are fulfilled and the order tracking information is updated, there are options to send email, SMS or push to PayPal transaction, and the tracking information will be sent out to the customer.
