Tracking of Logged-in Users

  • Hi support team,

    I have noticed that I am not receiving data from the logged-in customers of our site.
    Is this related with the COOKIES OPT-IN feature you were mentioning in the description?

    The code is well placed for all the users but it seems that is not executed for the logged-in customers.
