    Thank you for your plugin, it’s been working great !

    However, I have been noticing 2 problems recently.

    – 1 email (customer registration is been approuved) that is not translated anymore whereas the translation is made with loco translate as before

    – the order shipped email doesn’t includes the tracking number as before (i use the “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” for that).

    I don’t really how to ckeck if the problem is from your plugin or the 2 other one.

    Can you help ?

    1. “customer registration is been approuved” by this to you mean the new account email or something custom added by a plugin?

    If it’s added by another plugin our plugin wouldn’t control that.

    Can you please specify which string is not being translated? Is this happening in the customizer or just in the sent email?

    Are you using a multilingual site or single language site?

    Have you made sure to translate all the strings in our plugin?

    2. Our plugin doesn’t change the hooks that are part of core woocommerce emails. You would need to check with the plugin author to make sure they are hooking into those core woocommerce email hooks and not overriding templates to apply there tracking.
