Tracking number not getting updated

    Tracking number is not getting updated on the orders although the order status is getting updated automatically. It is working fine on our other website. We are using OneSaas – API to update the status and tracking.

    Ok so it works with the shipment tacking API endpoint, if it works on other sites, you should check what is different..

    Have checked it, everything is similar, but it is still not working, can you help us with it.

    Hi, you will advise with your developer as we can only support if we can replicate the issue and we could not find any issue with the plugin..
