    I would like to make a feature request to have the tracking number included with the order complete email rather than sent as a note in a separate email.

    This is already possible. You can check the customer note as “Make Private” and check “Add tracking text in completed email” – https://www.dropbox.com/s/y2qvoaf5zd8hwlb/Screenshot%202020-10-14%20at%2009.03.49.png?dl=0.

    This should do what you are requesting.

    I dont have that option in my plugin. After Tracking note, tracking note again (not text) comes Label options. Weird… It’s updated to the latest version as well, Version 2.2.8.

    Why is that?

    I see. For Finland you can make the customer note private, however the second option to add to completed email doesn’t exist in the settings.

    You can instead add this replacement string in the completed email {pr_dhl_tracking_note} which will embed the tracking note string in the completed email. Can you try this and see if it works?

    I don’t have the sandbox credentials so I’m not able to test this. Is it possible to add this feature in the future please.

    Sandbox credentials for the DHL plugin? You do not need that, you can just add the replacement string in the completed email {pr_dhl_tracking_note} and then within the order you can resend a completed order email to verify if it was sent. You would obviously need a test order though.

    Hmmm… I don’t want to resend order completed emails to my clients. How do I make a test order with a tracking code in a production environment?
