    Hi there,

When entering in the Woocommerce > Orders section to update the tracking number for a particular order, we can enter it, that’s fine, the notification is sent to the customer with tracking link, all is good.

However when clicking on the link, the actual link that is automatically generated by AST, returns invalid and it doesn’t show the information. There is something with AST that doesn’t translate it to a correct link, even though the tracking ID is still in the url tracking link on the shipment notification.

    We use Australia Post.

Actually, I noticed that in the Shipping Carriers section of your Settings, the Australia Post carrier was not checked. It usually is from memory.

If that is not the cause, I need help with what else it might be.
