    Hello,

I have an ecommerce and I would like to send the tracking numbers of my orders that I have in a Google Sheets to Woo. I was been looking for plugins and I have found “AfterShip” but they only get the information from WooCommerce, but they do not sync the data with WooCommerce.

So I can connect WooCommerce, but AfterShip will not sync the order with WooCommerce just Woocommerce will sync orders with AfterShip.

Is there a way to achieve this with your plugin?

    Hi @monicaamb12,

Yes, you can achieve this using the Advanced Shipment Tracking (AST) plugin. We offer a convenient CSV import feature that allows you to import tracking information from Google Sheets directly into your WooCommerce orders.

For more detailed instructions, you can refer to our documentation on CSV import functionality here.

    Best regards,
    Gaurav

    But this is automatic?

The idea is to not add manually in Woo just in a Google Sheets.

Can I connect it with Make or Zapier?

No, the process is not automatic. You’ll need to manually upload the CSV file in WooCommerce to add tracking numbers to WooCommerce orders.

And is there a way to do this?

I am not able to find the way with any plugin and I think big marketplaces shouldn’t do that manually

Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have any way to do this.
