• I am looking at getting the paid version of wpcomplete but I want to check first that the free version works for me.

    At present I’ve set it up so that the buttons change to ‘completed’ and the area where we create the pages shows the ratio of users who have completed and those who haven’t. That’s all good. However, I cannot get the tracking to show up on the lessons list for the students. I mean a completed lesson is not getting ticked and is not greying out.

    Could my structure be a problem? I’ve got:
    COURSE
    – SUBCOURSES
    — ELEMENTS
    — LESSONS

    The students see a lessons menu once they’ve clicked on an element. I want ‘lessons’ to be marked off as having been completed.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Tes, you’re trying to use PRO features on the FREE version—you can’t use shortcodes on FREE. If you have the PRO version, please contact our support as that’s faster than this forum, [email protected]

    But also, tracking only works for the user role you’ve selected. Since it default to track SUBSCRIBER and you’re probably an ADMIN, it won’t track you unless you change it to track ALL USERS.

    You also can’t create sub-courses with our plugin, just sibling courses.
