Tracking Not Installed

    Hi,
    I have used the Google Analytics Dashboard for WP plugin for some time one my pre-existing website (UA-54706532-1) and it works well. Now I have added a new URL as a new property in my Analytics account (UA-54706532-2) and also installed the Google Analytics Dashboard for WP plugin on my new site.

    The settings on the plugin option look all good
    View Name: All Web Site Data
    Tracking ID: UA-54706532-2
    Default URL: https://ireallylikeguitars.com
    Time Zone: Australia/Perth

    The plugin does not show any errors, however Google Analytics keeps saying Tracking Not installed.

    Any pointers as to what I can do to investigate this further would be much appreciated.

    Please check the plugin’s FAQ page, the warning you’ve mentioned is covered there.

    Hi,
    thanks for your reply, much appreciated. I can see ‘right now’ activity. So I guess everything is fine.

    The Google Analytics page still reports ‘Tracking Not installed’. And I just wasted more than an hour because of this.

    Anyway, thanks for your plugin and your assistance.
