    I have my set several of my emails to include the tracking number but none of them are working.

    Hi @jacobph94,

    To ensure the tracking number is included in your emails, please check the following:

    1. Email Settings: Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings. Open the “Order Statuses & Notifications” panel and make sure the “Order Emails Display” option includes the email statuses you want to display the tracking number in.
    2. Email Customizer Plugins: If you are using an email customizer plugin, make sure it is compatible with the AST plugin. Some customizer plugins might override the default WooCommerce email templates and prevent the tracking information from being displayed.
    3. Completed Order Status Email: Ensure that the tracking widget is properly configured to display in the Completed order status email. You can customize this in the Tracking Widget settings.
    4. Custom Template: If you have a custom email template in your theme/child theme, make sure it includes the necessary hooks or placeholders for displaying tracking information.

    If you’ve checked all these settings and the tracking information is still not showing up in your emails, please share more details about your setup, including any email customizer plugins you are using and a screenshot of your email settings.

    Thanks for the response. I have did all of the above and it still doesn’t work. I don’t have any email customiser plugins intsalled either. I just have the default Woocommerce emails setup. I’m also having an issue with the Pro version of the AST plugin. I purchased it yesterday, downloaded the plugin it gave me but when I try to activate it it fails due to. ‘fatal error’

    Thank you for your response. Since you have already tried the steps and still face the issue, and given that you’re encountering a fatal error with the Pro version, I recommend contacting Zorem support directly. They will be able to assist you more effectively with both the email tracking issue and the Pro plugin activation problem.
