    Hi

    The alert asking you to opt in to tracking in return for a discount doesn’t work. I’ve dismissed it many times and it comes straight back…finally I opted in thinking that would surely do it but no, it’s still there. It’s irritating because it’s long it takes up a lot of the top of the screen on every page in the back end.

    Thanks for reporting this. Which product version did you get this issue on? How old is the installation that you are running?

    It’s Awesome Support version 5.8.0 – I’m on the most recent update of WordPress. I only installed AS a couple weeks ago and I’ve had the message up ever since. It goes away when I dismiss it but returns on page refresh or if I navigate to a different page. Other notifications are dismissing appropriately.
