Tracking logged in users

I recently updated a blog from some much lower number, not even sure which, possibly 3.2? And afterwards I installed the analytics plugin. It doesn’t seem to be acknowledging the ignore users option.

I noticed I wasn’t able to upload media files and found that there was an old reference to the full upload path that I had to switch to relative. I mention this because I wonder if there are some user settings that are either null or have incompatible data that weren’t adjusted in the update.

Any ideas?
