Hello, I just started using this plugin and bought the Pro version and Tracking functionality. I love what you’ve done here but I’m encountering a problem with the tracking:

First, in the “Ads” section, I have created ads and enabled tracking of impressions and clicks; however, the right “Statistics” column states that tracking for both are “disabled” on all of the ads. I have checked both the main plugin settings and the settings within each ad, but I cannot get these to say that tracking is enabled. The Statistics page is not tracking 99% of the impressions or clicks either. The Ads are implemented via Placements using the PHP function provided by the plugin and I have place it within the template file. Cache busting is enabled as “Passive” and everything seems to be working correctly on the front end. Any thoughts as to what could be the issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there

    Thanks for reaching out.

It looks like this question is referring to a premium add-on.
The forums on www.remarpro.com are only for the plugins that are also hosted here. If you need help with any premium extensions of Advanced Ads, I want kindly ask you to reach out to our support.

Thanks for understanding, and we hopefully meet us there.

    Best regards,
    Henning

Ok, thank you. Just for future reference it appears that delaying or deferring the loading of Javascript on the pageload is likely what was causing the tracking to fail.
