Tracking internal links?

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the great plugins. It really looks to have most of what I need to be able to switch.

    There is just one thing I’m struggling with. My current analytics plugin (GAinWP) lets me track my internal affiliate links as events very easily.

    All these links have a similar structure like: mywebsite/recommends/product

    So all clicks to links with /recommends/ are sent to GA as an event.

    Is there a way I can set up CAOS to do the same?

    Hi Espen,

    CAOS doesn’t support affiliate link tracking (yet).

    It’s definitely on the roadmap, though!

    I’ll try and include it in the next release, okay? Give me a couple of weeks.

    That would be amazing! Very happy to hear it’s coming ??

    I’d love to be able to use CAOS going forward. I’m really trying to speed up my website, I’ve switched theme, and I’m replacing the slow plugins. Might finally be able to say goodbye to jQuery as well ??

    Just wondering if there has been any development on support for tracking affiliate links yet?

    I’m getting pretty close to launching the new site and I would love to use CAOS on it.

    I’m currently working on revamping my website. So I’m gonna need a little more time to bring this feature to CAOS.

    I just bought the Super Stealth Upgrade from you. I figured it wasn’t really fair to come here and bug you about features and not give anything back. Please do let me know if I can contribute further in any way.

    I’ve been working for months on my new website and my current analytics plugin is the only thing preventing me from ditching jQuery for good. So I am really looking forward to CAOS supporting internal link events tracking.
