    Hi,

When I have an order which is status=”in progress” and I put in a Track&Trace code (“Edit all tracking number”) for my custom carrier (DHL Benelux, https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/volg-je-pakket?tc=TRACKING_CODE). I select the 2 checkboxes: “Save order as completed” and “Send e-mail if tracking code changes”. If I then save it my order gets saved as completed, my customer receives an email that the order is completed, but that e-mail doesn’t include the tracking code and link. If I then send a note to the customer, then the tracking code is included in the e-mail.

P.S. I have selected status=completed and status=customer note as the order statuses that should include the track & trace information.

    Hi,
Thank you for reporting this problem.

If you check “Send e-mail if tracking code changes”, an individual email including tracking code will be sent.

So even you do not check “Send e-mail if tracking code changes”, tracking code was supposed to be included in all emails that you choose in plugin settings/woocommerce emails.

I will check and fix this issue in next update.
    Best regards
