    Hello,

    I have a problem that the tracking information does not appear in the customizer tool in your plugin.

    I am using Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer which should be compatible with this plugin. I have set the ‘tracking’ box to appear before ‘order details’ (ordre oplysninger in danish), however, it simply does not appear.

    Please help.

    Hi @aoedigi,

    You need to select the order status in which you want to display tracking info.
    Check this documentation for more details – https://www.zorem.com/docs/woocommerce-advanced-shipment-tracking/plugin-settings

    Hello Zorem,

    I believe that I already have? The picture attached shows, that the preview should include order number 30847 – Andreas Test?

    As you can see below ‘ordre oplysninger’ (order details) the preview has included the order, however, the tracking information box does not get included in the preview.

    I can’t really seem to see the difference?

    (I have set the order statuses to include the tracking info to ‘Completed/Shipped’ and ‘Processing’ and have even tried both seperately, but still nothing shows).

    Hi. you sent me a link to our photo not to your screenshot.
    Anyway,
    1. make sure that in the AST general settings the order status email is enabled for the order email status you are trying to preview in Kadence.
    2. Make sure that the order you use to preview in Kadence contains tracking info

    I checked now and there are no issues and the tracking displays with Kadence.

    Hi Zorem,

    I seem to have found the error and you are ofcourse 100% correct.

    I had mistakenly set the order to ‘cancelled’ hence it was not shown in the preview tool.
