    Hi, I need help finding the tracking info for my order. How do I open the tracking info widget on the order history page? I’ve logged in and checked my order history but can’t find the tracking details.

    Hi @suthawee,

    The tracking widget should automatically appear on the My Account order history page, where you can view the tracking details for your orders. If you’re not seeing it, there may be a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce.
    2. Switch to the Storefront theme.
    3. Check the order history page again.

    This will help identify if there’s a conflict causing the tracking details to not display.
