    Hello I am using Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer and while I had no problem in the past, after the last update the information about the tracking code are no longer visible when the shipped email is sent! If I choose to preview this email type through the kadence designer I can see the tracking information and when I test the email by sending it through that the info is still visible. However when I sent it from the default page of woocommerce orders the information is not visible!

    Hi, if you mean that the tracking does not display on the order invoice/details email from the single order actions?
    Check your AST general settings that you choose to display the tracking info on this order email.

    Hello I have ticked for the info to be displayed in shipped messages! However the info is not sent when I send the email from woocommerce default order system!

    How do you test the email? by using the order actions and you choose Email invoice / order details to customer? if yes, you need to tick this option…

    Well now that I tested it again it seems to be fixed somehow, although I made no changes!
