Tracking info not included

GLS Canada/Dicom? does not provide a direct tracking URL that includes the tracking number parameter. This is why the tracking link opens the GLS tracking page without automatically populating the tracking number.

We’ve updated the GLS Canada and Dicom tracking URL in AST’s shipping carriers list. To reflect these changes in your store, you’ll need to synchronize the shipping carriers list.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers.
3. In the top-right corner, you’ll find a drop-down menu. Click on “Sync Carriers” to update the list.
