Tracking Info not displayed on Orders page

    Hi Support,

    We have setup the plugin and tracking info is being sent in emails BUT it is not displaying on the My Account -> Orders page. Please help?

    Hi the tracking info should be displayed for every order details in the my-accounts orders.
    Send me screenshot of the same order from email and my-account

    Hi @globalimageusa,

    We display tracking info on MyAccount single orders page not on My Account Orders listing page. Can you please check the single order page and see if tracking info is displayed or not.

    Hi,

    Sorry! I was mistaken, the emails being sent are the order processing email which doesn’t include tracking. Once the tracking info is added to the order, I was expecting the order shipped email to be sent and the individual order Details to be updated. But after checking, No Email and no tracking info on the my account order details.

    The has shipping tracking added but NO email or addition to the My Account individual order details.

    You can see NO tracking info added.

    Looking forward to any help possible to get this working.

    Can you please change your theme to default WordPress Twenty Twenty theme and check if tracking info is displayed or not in single order page.

    I just tried the theme WordPress Twenty Nineteen and still NO tracking info displayed.

    Hi, Maybe you have a conflict with some other plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins and just activate AST and WooCommerce and then check.
