    Hello, We are compatible with this plugin. You need to select the option “Yes” for Display payment instruction above the order table in the general settings of this plugin and tracking information will display in the email.

    Thank you so much for your response,

    The thing is that am using Woocommerce Status Manager, and the the status for ( order shipped ) is custom status.

    Therefore, am trying to insert the tracking number and url manually. Thats why the email plugin support ask me to ask you for the meta or Id.

    Hi, I see, the Custom “Shipped” Status with custom email that show the tracking is available in the AST Pro version

    Check this docs for how to get tracking information from order.

    I tried, but am still not getting any info on the email.

    Please check on the left, its say before order details. But nothing showing before order details.

    Ok, so maybe you should hire a developer to help you with your custom development.
