Tracking File Downloads

  • Under the Event Tracking tab, I have enabled “track downloads, mailto, telephone and outbound links”. I set up a custom goal in my analytics account and set the type to Destination. Then I set it to Equals to and then the full url of where the zip file is on my server. Unfortunately it says This Goal would have a 0% conversion rate based on your data from the past 7 days. Try a different setup.
    Can someone help me figure out why this isn’t working?
