Tracking events (cart_updated) not firing

  • Hi,

    I’ve setup an abandoned cart workflow. Although I completed the setup as expected, none of the “Track events” are being fired. I did review answers on other threads (e.g. this, or this). I have the Brevo for Woocommerce plugin installed, event tracking is activated, and I reviewed the whole guide here; but it still doesn’t work.

    Can you please support?
