Tracking Error

    Hi,

    I seem to be unable to use burst statistics. (ue to your server or website configuration it is not possible to track statistics.)
    The Endpoint file is created and present. CHMOD is 775

    Setup:
    Ubuntu 20.04
    Nginx
    PHP 8.0
    Website located in /var/www/samartis
    Nginx config points to that path and it is my websites “root” dir.

    Navigating to https://www.samartis.de/burst-statistics-endpoint.php gives a white screen.

    What else might I check?

    Can we see the website without maintenance mode? Maybe a staging URL?
