    Hi Support,

I was having issues with some emails not being received by customers so I installed the WP Mail Logging plugin a few days ago. It seems to be working well, except for emails automatically sent with tracking information. I have the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce plugin which sends an email to the customer with their delivery tracking number (including a link) that is not being registered by the WP Mail Logging plugin. These emails are not even showing up as an error, so I can’t be sure if the customer is actually receiving these emails. Can you please help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ajgar28584

Thanks for reaching out to us and we’re sorry to hear that you appear to be experiencing logging issues with your tracking emails.

First off, have you already tried creating a test order to see if you are able to receive the tracking email? If you are, then it’s possible the tracking email might be getting sent via a custom method by the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce?plugin. I say this because once WordPress passes the email to your website host, that email gets logged by our plugin.

You could try reaching out to their support team to confirm.

Also, since the issue only seems to occur with the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce?plugin, there might be a plugin/theme conflict. If possible, please disable your other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme. This step is best performed on a staging/test website.

    Hi Dake, thanks for replying.

Yes, I did do a test to check that the email was being sent and it does. It just doesn’t show up as sent on the WP Mail Logging plugin.

Generally, most emails from my website do get successfully sent but occasionally I’ll have a customer saying they haven’t received an email so that’s why I installed your plugin.

I take your point that the tracking email may be sent via a custom method and may not be seen by the WP Mail Logging plugin. I’ll contact Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce and see if they have a way to make sure their emails are actually being received by the customer.

    Thanks for your help.
