Tracking email not sent / ali express

    Hello I used the Get Tracking option to get tracking from ali express. It works. However no email is sent. I check this using WP Mail Log.

    If i enter the Tracking Manually and save then email is sent.

    Also I would like option to Resend Tracking Email in these cases

    Is this by design?
