    When trying to edit my completed order template, apart from the delivery address, none of the shipment tracking is appearing. How do I customize the template?

    This is using Advanced Shipment Tracking -> Customize -> Tracking info Display.

    Hi @ppeople,

    Can you please confirm that you added tracking information to any of the orders and then you need to select Preview order in the customizer?
    Also, you need to check that you selected completed order status in Order Emails Display in General settings?

    Yes – I have added tracking information to the order, and I have selected preview order.

    I am also using completed order status in Order Emails.

    None of the fields under Tracking info display will change the email.

    I use Woocommerce Email Customizer – however to test whether this was the problem, I disabled the plugin – no change

    We checked this and we can’t replicate this in our development store. Please check this video.
    Maybe you have a conflict with some other plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins besides AST and WC and check again.

    Have tested using a staging site with everything deactivated except AST and WC. Still cannot add tracking details to the email.

    Hi, so I guess you do something wrong, there is no issue with the email customizer, if you add tracking to an order and choose this order in the preview, it should show the tracking info widget.
