Tracking Conversion codes

so i am running ads on Microsoft Ads – the Contact Form 7 button script is this:

the rep from Microsoft ads stated that i need to add to the end of the script as follows:

<!– <input type=”submit” value=”Contact us” class=”wpcf7-form-control has-spinner wpcf7-submit” OnClick=”uet_report_conversion()”/> –>

Usually i am good at figuring out how to add the code but i am stuck on this, as i don’t know where/how exactly to add OnClick=”uet_report_conversion() to the button code??
