Since march 6th the plugin is not working. Today’s version also doesn’t work. The tracking code has disappeared from all pages of my website.

    Please, fix this ASAP.

  • Same issue. no tracking code at all

    Hey @crescendoweb and @tsso0120,

In the newest version of the extension there have been some changes to how the tracker is setup and it no longer appears directly on the page but instead inside a separate file.

For debugging we’d recommend visiting tagassistant.google.com, clicking on Add Domain, entering your site URL, and then you’ll be able to debug the site. A new window will open so you can visit different pages on your website and Tag Assistant will show you what tag and events are received.

If debugging your website with that tool shows that no tag is found and no events are being sent then if you could share your System Status Report with us that would be helpful in troubleshooting the issue. You can find the report by going to?WP-Admin > WooCommerce > Status?clicking on?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

You can paste the report in a reply here and please feel free to delete your URL from the report (found at the top) if you would like to keep that private.

?tagassistant.google.com shows that no tags installed.

I solved the issue by switching to site kit from goole

Tag Assistant show no tags installed when I’m logged in website as administrator. All seems working if I test the website not logged in or when I’m logged in as customer.

But Analytics is not receiving any data. If I browse the website, in real-time report I don’t see anything. And all data are missing since March 6th. Plugin still not working.

Thanks for testing with Tag Assistant @crescendoweb

This is the expected behaviour because when someone is logged in as a site administrator we do not track events to avoid recording unnecessary data.

@martynmjones I have the same issue, no data since March 6th.

google tag assistant said can’t connect and 0 tag found.

    How should I proceed?

    Thank you for your help.
