Tracking Changes to Static Pages?

Is there a method to track new and/or changes(edits) to static pages?

Hopefully, something like an RSS feed that alerts when a new page is added or an existing one is edited.

Currently, the only method I know of is from the Page Management screen in the admin panel. But, I’m looking for some type of “notification” method.

Since there is an RSS feed method for comments to static pages, I thought this might already be available. But, I would consider any notification method, such as email, etc.
