    Hi,

I recently installed your plugin and was excited when I discovered that it was registering in real-time the submission of a Gravity form I wanted to track through the events in Google Analytics. However, even though I can see the event firing in real time in the events, it’s not recording how many times this event is completed as a goal.

I tried following the steps in the guide provided on the plugin’s website, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

It appears that the real-time event tracking that Google Analytics is showing when the form is submitted is coming from the event tracking details (added via the plugin) and appears unrelated to the goal I set up in Google Analytics.

Do the Goal details in Google Analytics and the form’s even tracking details (provided via the plugin) need to be the same to track the event as a goal? Or is there another way I can track this event as a goal?

    Thanks!

Goals must be set to match the events. You should be more or less identical to setting the goal in analytics as setting up the events in Gravity Forms.
