Tracking adwords keywords on pages and links

Hi all,

This might not be the right place to ask the question but I’d be really glad if you could help me (even if it’s by providing info on another place where I should post the question…).

I get visitors from google adwords on my website and I would like to add the keyword in all URL exiting my website (whether they are placed on the first page the visitor visits or another now later in the navigation). The syntax would be very simple such as https://www.aaa.com?keyword.

Would you have any pointer to help me ?
