    (By the way, may want to change the date format as recommended there.)

    It turns out it was breaking on the ampersand (&) in ». But—this is where it gets interesting–I’ve no problem with ampersands or this HTML entity on pingbacks in my own comments RSS. So I’ve no idea why it has a problem in yours.
