Trackback URL same as permalink

  • I want to find my Trackback URL for certain posts on my weblog. When I click Trackback URL at the bottom of a post, my browser for a second shows an address with Trackback in it, but then goes back to the orig URL. It is the URL style with the /?p=27 at the end.

    Is this the URL for trackbacks, also?

  • as far as I know they are the same URL, the /?p=27 just means post ID 27, permalinks can make your URL longer but easier to read like /year/month/post tile/etc
