Trackables

I am building a site that uses trackable cards. The cards would be generated for printing by visitors to the site and each card would have a unique identification number. The numbers would be searchable in that the visitor could enter the number on their card to call up a page associated with that card that would show where the card had been along with other information. I would like to use WP for this, but I am unsure about how to do it. Is there a plugin or combination of plugins that I could use to do this?
